Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)

The College has 50 seats (one unit) for a two-year course.

There is a common entrance test, TS Ed.CET, conducted by the Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE). Passing this entrance test is mandatory for admission to the course.

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a prerequisite to take up secondary/senior secondary school teaching. The College offers a Two year B.Ed course with a mandatory teaching period as internship-in-teaching.

The fee prescribed per year B.Ed course is Rs.30.000/- per year for the 75% seats allotted by the convener. The fee for 25% seats of management quota is at the discretion of the management.

Admission Procedure

There is a common entrance test (Ed.CET) conducted by the Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE). Passing in the entrance is a must for the admission to the course.

Eligibility

To qualify for a seat in this college, the candidate must have secured at least 45% marks in Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with at least two subjects at graduation level as eligible for admission. Admission to the college is made on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination or in the entrance examination conducted by the TS State Council for Higher Education. There shall be reservation for SC/ST/OBC, Handicapped, Women and other strata as prescribed by the State Government.
